About this Training
Many CSHE curricula now include lessons on gender and sexual orientation, which are important topics that require understanding and sensitivity on the part of the instructor. This training introduces foundational concepts and terminology about gender and sexuality, with the goal of increasing participant confidence in teaching on the subject matter. Topics include the dimensions of gender and sexuality, creating an inclusive classroom, and answering sensitive questions.
