These Terms & Conditions apply to the WA PREP for Healthy Youth website at waprepforhealthyyouth.org.
The website supports Washington PREP for Healthy Youth, a state program managed by the Washington State Department of Health in partnership with the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction and Cardea Services.
Your use of this website is subject to these Terms and applicable law. These Terms apply only to the website. They do not replace any program, grant, training, evaluation, curriculum-license, district, or signed agreement. More specific terms control when they apply.
Website Purpose
The website provides general information, training materials, downloadable resources, and program support for schools and youth-serving organizations implementing comprehensive sexual health education.
Website content is not individualized medical care, diagnosis, treatment, mental health care, legal advice, emergency assistance, or an official interpretation of legal or district requirements. Confirm time-sensitive requirements with the appropriate agency, district, resource owner, or qualified professional.

Public survey documents labeled as previews are provided for review only. They are not online submission tools.
Partners should use their assigned survey links and current WA PREP instructions. Survey administration must follow all applicable consent, privacy, and data-handling requirements.
