About this Training
As new frameworks, scientific findings, and medical advancements emerge, it’s essential for even the most experienced sexual health instructors to undergo periodic training updates. Participants learn foundational skills and knowledge necessary to effectively teach comprehensive sexual health education. The training includes small group discussions and practice of reality-based frameworks for centering students’ lived experiences. This course is geared towards teachers who have been through Core Skills in previous years and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of participants.
